The St. Louis City Continuum of Care (MO-501) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify and competitively select a qualified project applicant for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds) Notice of Funding Opportunity, CPD-2600-DC-025A.

The CoC Builds program provides up to $12,000,000 in competitive grant funding for the new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation of permanent supportive housing (PSH) units for homeless persons with a disability. As the Collaborative Applicant for CoC MO-501, the St. Louis City CoC may submit one (1) project application to HUD on behalf of an eligible project applicant selected through this competitive process.
